Happy Day by Kume Bryant
After helping my son Thomas move into the collage (NAU) apartment to start his Jr. year, my husband and I decided to make a quick road trip around northern Arizona. What I really wanted to do was to visit an ocean, but that is very hard to find in Arizona... haha! We set out to visit some lakes in northern Arizona instead. Felt so good to be out in the cool mountains and lakes with fresh air, and some spectacular views. I didn't want the trip to end...
During this trip, we've encountered this enchanting place off the road as we drove by... It took my breath away... I was yelling at my husband to stop haha! He was very kind to turn around for me. We can't recall where we were... somewhere between Flagstaff and the White Mountains, AZ... big stretch haha!
